Missing item, wrong item, terrible packaging
Service has just gone down hill. I was shipped the wrong item, an item was missing and frankly the packaging was an embarrassment to your company. It’s been a few days now since I contacted the company for replacement and correct items and still nothing. I spent way too much on this heat press and additional platens for it to have sub par service. I get that you don’t sell this very expensive machine anymore but that doesn’t make this ok.
