Fraudulent Warranty? Scam?
Their support and “warranty” appear to be false statements to drive sales. I have one panel that worked great out of the box; the second has been defective since day one. I have received ONE email from support in 3+ weeks. These lights turn themselves on & off at all hours, ignore their schedule, and default to shuffle sometimes within moments of resetting them back to their scheduled color/ brightness. They occasionally work for a day or two leading me to think they’ve worked through the kinks, only to turn on maximum brightness in flashing colors in the middle of the night - requiring me to get out of bed and unplug them at all hours. The fact that thousands of people on the internet are asking each other for help since they can’t reach support, is a huge red flag. Avoid at all costs.
