Worst after sales care ever
Ladies and gentlemen, I won't tell you that Xiaomi products are bad quality, however, their customer care is the worst I have ever seen. My TV arrived with the wrong AC cable, and instead of sending me a cable. They gave me 2 options swap or refund. Initially I decided to go through a swap but when I learned that the whole process takes 2 weeks I changed my mind and I proceeded with a full refund. They are absolutely useless.
