Absolute shambles The bike itself is excellent, the customer service is awful. I never received a seat or seat post with my (reconditioned read, reboxed and resold). There were no free gifts, the company didn't state that there were no free gifts with refurbished bikes in there website. They sent the seat and seat post TWICE the first time the delivery company sent it back to them, the second time (weeks later) It was apparently delivered, to whom I have no idea it certainly wasn't me. I've purchased a new seat and seat post, but it would have been nice to have the one that was ment for the bike!!! Order SP7807 Delivered to the wrong address no attempt at rectifying the matter
