Fake Reviews
I’ve always liked their hair but the way they fake reviews is misleading and unethical. They use real people’s pictures to advertise the hair and pretend as if those people are reviewing the product as an actual, paying customer. I’m not talking about them using other people’s photos is the initial advertisement of the hair, which is also very wrong, I mean in the REVIEWS. Take a look at the pictures on the reviews for their u-part/v-part wigs. Those reviewers have lace front wigs on, not wigs with leave-out. What makes it extra calculating is that they’ll use normal, everyday women’s pictures that they found on social media. You would think those girls are actually wearing the hair they’re supposedly reviewing for because they’re just regular people, not sponsored celebs and influencers. Their pictures aren’t high quality, excellent lighting, perfectly curated…they’re just normal selfies. So, so unethical. Go take a look for yourself. If you’re a black woman/teenage girl, who knows, maybe they’ve even used YOUR picture.
