Good customer service but is in China
The dresses arrived in good time and the colour was exactly as ordered and they seemed lovely dresses. Unfortunately they just didn’t fit right and there was too much that needed to be done to get them altered. I ordered the regular sizes rather than custom made so I had the option of returning. I hadn’t checked this site before so was also unaware that I had to return to China and this wasn’t clear on the site /returns policy. However, the person I dealt with was polite and courteous and helped manage the returns and I was refunded. I think if I was to use again, would measure and order the made to measure- which you can’t return but you would know it fitted. The return to China did cost £30 but I had ordered a couple of dresses so was worth the cost. I am grateful that the returns policy was honoured. Thank you
