I’ve used this service multiple times and either they have moved on with other qualified people or no response. I have over 30 years in the RCM healthcare industry and my experience and degree speak for itself. I feel these companies are using AI to discriminate against their candidates. Either the verbiage is not what they are looking for or they are ageing out individuals.
