2 out of 4 items were good
2 out of 4 items were good, however I needed to return items and was told the shipping costs would be charged. The offer for 15% refund and keeping items wasn't as satisfactory as I would have considered to be fair.

Items received do not look like items on their website!
Very poor service! Items delivered looked nothing like the pictures on their website! When I asked for a refund, they suggested 15% and for me to keep the items! There was no apology for items not looking like what I ordered! I have no intention of ever using their services!
