Update on review of this company Unable to edit my initial review. Since that time, I now am receiving overwhelming requests to contact company stating they can send the item or refund? I have explained I went straight to PayPal who issued refund. Purpose of use of item has long passed. I bought elsewhere. I would appreciate no more contact from Kentfaith company. I do not want to deal with such a company. I
My husband purchased a tripod back in January 2024 for my birthday. It was to be a surprise. Bad enough he had to tell me but never received any contact from these scammers after contacting them. Contacted this place two weeks after I had not received it. No answer. Even sent the PayPal receipt of payment. Again, I contacted recently. No answer. Don't use this place. A scam. Last time I asked for my money back so I can purchase one from a reputable company. Nothing! Save yourself the troubles and purchase elsewhere. These people are bad. Happy to edit review if I get my money back! Update: I now get a reply after leaving a truthful review. Far too late. I complained to PayPal who immediately refunded my money.
