Awful company
Awful company. I placed an order on 7th September and paid £4.99 for delivery.. emailed them on 16th to ask when my order would arrive as I hadn’t even had a single update to be told it takes 2-8 days to make and 8-12 days to dispatch - fine. Emailed again on the 19th September to ask for the tracking number as it was 12 days to then be told the next day that the bracelet I ordered is no longer available?! And to be asked if I would change to a different bracelet which I wasn’t happy with. NO communication if I didn’t continuously ask where my order was? I have requested a full refund but no doubt I am going to have a fight on my hands to even get my refund!! Absolutely fuming considering this was a birthday present for 20th September which has now gone so now I have no bracelet and no refund!!! Do not recommend
