Patrick Fagan
Patrick took care of my call; helped me to find a cost-effective and in-stock weight to resolve my issue. He was patient and informative!! Not only that he followed up with the tracking information after calling the supplier to check avail. He is AWESOME - Old school service - appreciated in this day and age!
