Very poor communication about delivery
Very poor communication about delivery timing: At time of order, all articles appeared to be available. Upon inquiry >1 week later, backorder status for several items was detected and admitted. "Late" items were cancelled (too late for required schedule), but advance-payment has not been reimbursed as of 1 week later. Still waiting!
