Bought the Oura ring direct from Oura and set up no issues using for 16 days and in the morning would not download data contacted virtual assistant and after 2 hours of attempting to disconnect Bluetooth, soft/hard reset factory reset delete the app, tapping god knows what else it would not reload do sending back via DHL hopefully my stress levels will now drop and continue using my faithful Garmin Fenix 6 which has never failed over the past years! I will miss the Oura ring because it offered complimentary data along with my Garmin🥴
