Absolutely criminal
Absolutely criminal. I wanted to downgrade my google workspace billed (and pushed) by squarespace alongside my two websites hosted via squarespace. Their chat told me the only way to downgrade the google workspace option is to cancel with squarespace and then restart it with google. I had already paid squarespace a month in advance for the google workspace It was suppose to be valid until September 22nd (it's August now). When I cancelled, they completely stopped everything, and I got an email from google workspace demanding payment lest they discontinue the workspace plan. When I contacted google, they told me to resolve the issue with squarespace. When I contact squarespace they tell me to resolve the issue with google. This is just theft, what these people are doing.
