Poor Service - Fraudulent Company
I placed an order on 9 July and was told that items were not available with a request to select different items. I requested a refund instead. Twenty days later, nothing has been done. I received an email this morning stating "due to a higher than usual volume of requests, our refund process is currently experiencing significant delays" and it would take 6 months to process. I filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company! UPDATE: The response from Manlytshirt below is misleading. They pretend they want to "solve this problem" but have been completely uncooperative in doing that, including offering "discounts" rather than a refund. As of this morning (7/30), they sent an email stating they have refunded the full amount but it has not yet posted to my credit card.
