LIS-SKINS sent my withdrawal to a…
UPDATE: Thank you for your response. However, the core issue remains unresolved. I am not disputing that the withdrawal was processed. My bank officially confirmed that the funds were received by the bank but placed on an arrested account. The issue is the following: To investigate or initiate any possible return procedure, my bank requires the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) of the transaction. This is a standard identifier generated by the acquiring bank/payment provider. Despite multiple requests, LIS-SKINS has not provided the ARN. A payment receipt or confirmation screenshot is NOT a substitute for the ARN. If the transaction was processed through a licensed payment provider, the ARN must exist in the acquiring system. Therefore, I am again requesting: 1) The ARN of the transaction, OR 2) An official written confirmation from your payment provider stating that no ARN exists for this transaction. Without this information, neither I nor my bank can proceed further. I am not asking to reverse the transaction unilaterally. I am asking for the mandatory transaction identifier required for bank investigation.
