1 star. They disabled my shop, froze my money, and won't tell me why. I've been selling digital products on Fourthwall for a while, everything totally legit. One customer opened 6 disputes on 6 separate orders. Fine, disputes happen. I sent them everything — delivery logs, chat history showing the SAME customer used different emails for each order, all of it. Their support team literally told me "we believe you, we're on your side." Then radio silence, and suddenly: "you lost the disputes, no right to appeal." Cool. Here's where it gets insane. The customer went back to their own bank and withdrew all 6 disputes. I told Fourthwall this in writing. You'd think that's the end of it, right? Nope. Their Legal team sends me an email saying my shop is disabled — and get this, they specifically say it's NOT because of the disputes. It's because of some vague "risk profile" they refuse to explain. I've asked, politely, professionally, multiple times: what risk? What did I do wrong? Show me the violation. Nothing. Just copy-paste responses. And the balance on my account — a few hundred bucks, money I earned from totally separate customers with zero disputes, zero chargebacks, fully delivered products — they're keeping that too. Their own words: "no payouts will be issued to the account." Not "until we finish reviewing." Not "for X days." Just... they're keeping it. Indefinitely. For transactions that have NOTHING to do with any dispute. I run a small legit business. I'm not some fraud case. I gave them every piece of evidence they asked for, and their reward for my cooperation was silence and a frozen account. If you're a creator thinking about using this platform — just know that if their risk algorithm flags you for whatever reason, they can lock your entire balance with zero explanation and zero timeline, and there's basically nothing you can do about it except watch your own money sit in their account. Filing complaints with the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs and BBB. Would not recommend this platform to anyone who actually depends on this income.
