I thought I had a problem with the VideoProc Converter AI, but it was from a problem I had caused. Support's patience with me was and is very much appreciated. It won't be forgotten. The program is important to me because it works very well and does what I need it to do. If you have a problem with the program, I feel that you will be able to count on them to help you resolve it.
