Horrid
Horrid. Ordered a necklace a month ago now- it says "delayed transport" at Heathrow for 2 weeks now. I've contacted the seller and I've been told to wait. Honestly shocked at the poor customer service and no help in finding out why my parcel is stuck at the airport for 2 weeks. Never ordering from here again. Silly how the shipping fee was almost £10 when the necklace was just £20 😭😂😂 Stay CLEAR OF THEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
