Avoid DBS !!!
Avoid DBS !!!! I Don’t feel safe having my money on a DBS bank account - I am facing a fraude Issue with my DBS bank account. I am trying to get someone to help me solve this. I talked to over 10+ persons on the phone and left a few messages on the online platform but no one seem to know what to answer to me. During my last trip to Europe, I noticed 29 transactions made in Malaysia (total amount SGD1560). Those were contactless transactions. Note that my DBS card and my phone were with me. I request a refund, no one seems to know what to answer to me and avoid the issue. Today I don’t feel safe having my money on a DBS account as the money can disappear, with no response and action from the DBS team.
