Mind Blowing
I don't often leave reviews but these deserve it. Coming from a Head Chef background, I'm extremely particular about my kit. From the moment I picked these up I could see and feel the craftsmanship involved. Not just sharp out of the box, but properly made - great steel, perfect balance, comfortable for hours of use. These are the most amazing knives I've ever owned and have become my go-to in the kitchen. If quality matters to you, look no further.
