This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They tell you something is in stock, you place an order and your items don't all come. You call they have no explanation as to why. You can't half understand the person on the phone so they must be outsourcing the customer service or lack thereof. It is horrendous. I have ordered over $3,000 worth of items in the past couple of weeks, the quality of some are good, some look like a cheap quality of material. Very very disappointing. I called to ask for my last order to be shipped Fedex at my expense. They couldn't even tell me if they could or couldn't. I told them I needed it for an upcoming trip and if they couldn't tell me if it could be shipped Fedex, to cancel the order. They said they couldn't tell me and they couldn't cancel the order. Definitely not customer centric.
