Bought the Oceania 30GB pack
Bought the Oceania 30GB pack. Their support staff claimed non-unlimited packs are unthrottled but I mostly receive download speeds of < 1 Mbps, despite being in major cities (Wellington CBD, Nelson city centre). I have tried all the trouble shooting steps, including those suggested by support teams. Support are polite but mostly unhelpful, zigzagging between whatsapp and email and being forwarded on to different teams
