Product sold was not fit for purpose. I reached out to your team and asked to return the hepa filter and was met with a generic response and no further assistance. I will never purchase any products from this manufacturer. Whether printing or using the laser odours persisted. Instead of buying the air filter you are better off just venting outside of the room being used in. At such a deer price, and cost per filer there should be better performance for the product. This documentation should state that it is MANDATORY to vent outside as the filter capabilities are subpar at best.
