Very disappointing experience with returning the items
Very disappointing experience with Micas. I returned my order exactly according to their return instructions and even paid for the return shipment myself. I provided everything they could possibly need: photos of the returned items, proof of payment for the return label, my bank statement, and the tracking number showing the package was sent back successfully. Despite all of this, I am receiving absolutely no response from Micas. This is honestly not something I would wish on anyone. I genuinely thought I was supporting a fun and trustworthy brand, but being treated like this as a paying customer is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed every step correctly, yet I’m the one dealing with the stress, lack of communication, and financial pressure because of what seems to be an issue in their own processing system. I truly hope Micas finally responds and resolves this situation properly.
