The Food Is Terrible!
First and most important is the food is totally tasteless. We have tried a few meal delivery services or the past few years and Fresh N Lean is by far the worst. Second is the packaging is very difficult to deal without burning yourself when opening it after cooking. And the most important... I canceled my subscription on the morning the next menu was released on March 12th. I received a cancelation email on the same day. Today, March 20th I received an email stating my order has shipped. This is 8 days after canceling. When this order arrives tomorrow, it is going directly into the trash. I immediately contacted my CC company to dispute the charge and provided them a copy of the cancelation email. Avoid this company at all costs.
