All in all Im satisfied with the service, but there are 2 handicaps using Agoda. 1. If I arrive in an exotic destination and I'm not online (no SIM card or internet) I'm unable to show my booking ! 2. Only in half of your messages by mail I can immediately detect a hotel's name. THIS SHOULD BE VISABLE IN EVERY MAIL !
