If anyone is considering filing a class suit against EFX algo, please do let us know because of all us shared the same concerns. One of the main things they emphasized when they were promoting the system was capital preservation. That was repeatedly presented as their top priority. However, based on the actual results all of us experienced, the system continued trading even during deep drawdowns instead of protecting capital. They emphasized that their system will stop trading at 45 DD to preserve the remaining capital or equity and yet the system continues to trade which further compromise the accounts. The system was also marketed as being fully hands-free, meaning users would not need to constantly monitor the account or step in manually. In reality, many of us ended up having to closely watch the account and asked to intervene to avoid further losses. If others have had the same experience and are looking into possible legal options, it would be good to connect and compare notes.
