UPDATE: I did recieve the 12 wraps I reordered. I upped the review to 3 stars because the items are very nice. Nihao is crediting me for the extra shipping but that credit is on their site, not on the card. I will not shop there again so the credit is useless. I don't know why they couldn't just ship what I origanlly ordered and paid for. THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE! ORDER FROM ANYONE ELSE! I ordered 17 beach wraps and 11mens hats. I received only 5 wraps. The company would not send the items and will only issue a credit. It took over a week of back and forth texts just to reach an unsatisfactory conclusion. I did reorder the wraps because that is what my client wanted but had to pay an extra $28 for shipping. Hopefully the items I re-ordered will actually arrive. I will never order from this company again.
