Read the fine print and NEVER give them your credit card!
Decent offering (probably one of the most generous roaming allowances), but I did encounter inconsistent network service while roaming (IDD worked sporadically, data would go on and off to Emergency Calls only). When it worked, it was great :) I made a mistake of getting an eSIM and paying with my credit card. To Simba, this means: 1. You consent to them using your card to renew your service (even if you tell them you don't want to) 2. Once they charge your card, they will keep saying that you have given them consent and refuse to refund you, even if you don't use the service 3. (The worst thing) You CANNOT terminate the credit card unless they approve it (and guess what - you can't even see your credit card in the App, and need to provide your full card details over unsecured email to cancel) I would only use them as a backup (there are heaps of other options out there) - but do yourself a favor if you do - pay in cash and get a physical SIM. Don't leave anything to chance. If you encounter any issues, you will NEVER be able to speak to a real person because their support is only by email (yes, they reply quite promptly, but mostly canned responses quoting the terms and conditions that you signed [whether or not it is relevant to any new issues / points you raise]. Either that or you speak with retailers at the "service centres" who are only trained to sell you SIM cards. Buyer beware!
