Excellent communication, useless shipping service
I retract my previous comment of 'Scammer Alert' because, and probably as a result of my previous post, the company promply got in touch with me, tracked down the package and finally refunded me 50% of the original order. Nevertheless the whole affair was largely unsatisfactory, mainly due the 18-day lag before the package was collected and the further 14-day shipping - plus the package wasn't delivered and required a taxi to fetch it from the Post Office. This company, despite an excellent communication service, is let down by a deplorable shipping company. I strongly advise they change their carrier.
