Bad service when you need it the most
Unfortunately, very poor service from this company when they screw up. I ordered 2 screens from them - firstly the delivery was not sent out until i asked 2 weeks after ordering (they said they needed to find one of the model). Then they sent the a wrong model and claimed it was compatible (they were not even the same pin count), and now I am still in the process of trying to get the wrong screen sent back and refunded. They haven't honoured their return policy, so I doubt you will get much help when something goes wrong. Their so-called openness to communication is not really true. I'm really disappointed as i was hoping to have finally found a vendor that i can start buying multiple screens from.
