Ortur LM2 Pro S2 5W so far so good
I have the Ortur LM2 Pro S2 5W, I am finding the learning curve is a bit difficult as this is my first time with no laser experience, but there are so many videos out there to try to help, the spec sheets for power and speed guides are helpful but I'm not yet finding the perfect mix for my projects. The ability to get a rough outline of where the project will be on your workspace is helpful to aline your materials. I don't love that even though it's in a metal enclosure with a fan and vent hose going out the window my whole house still smells like burnt wood, would be better if I had a garage or a shed to do this in. I am super excited to get my settings perfected for my crafts, right now this is a hobby, maybe it will become a business for me, maybe I need to try a different machine like a co2 laser insted of diode, but I'm committed to giving this one a fair shot before giving up on it. I am finding success the more I try and I am loving the results and the possibilities are endless once I have it perfected. So far so good thanks to guides and videos! I am making progress in my learning and enjoying sharing my experiences with socials!!
