I am actually adding to a review I wrote a couple of months ago. I was really hoping I'd be writing to amend the poor review I have already written, but in fact this experience has gotten worse. I highly recommend trying a different solution and avoiding this as a resolve. Using this company has been a nightmare to try and negotiate my debts. Transparency is not their motto either. Everyone tells you something different if they even call you back at all. The initial sales pitch was misleading at best. I signed up in September of 2023 and it is now the end of March. I was just told by someone at the Palisades firm, (a law firm that takes over after the initial induction), and the girl just told me they've only been in contact with one of my creditors. What? My credit score has plummeted from 700 to 400, and obviously no solution or resolve in sight. Absolutely ridiculous.
