I wanted to get a backup handle for my machine. So I could not find the part on the website reached out to customer service and they directed me right to it. And assisted me through the whole process. Receive the product promptly tried it out works great. Was very satisfied with the customer service and the speedy response from everyone involved. This is not my first time ordering from them and every time they've always been there to answer any questions I had.

I had a handle break and not only did they sell the replacement they had a great deal. Even requested pics of the plug to make sure I received the correct handle. I just got it yesterday and used it today and it worked perfect. So happy. Great support.
