Need to exchange for 2 smaller sizes & sleepypod hasn’t gotten back to me.
I contacted sleepypod on 3/25/25 questioning how to return the two harnesses I bought because both are too large for my dogs. I’d love to exchange them both for smaller sizes, but can’t do that if nobody gets back to me. I don’t want to be out this amount of money. Please get back to me on how I can return the two I have for smaller sizes. Thank you!
