James Park was very patient in helping us. We had many changes of mind, many changes of budget, many requests, and he was very patient to answer them all. Eventually when the product was being made and delivered i was kept in the loop and very informed at every step. I also liked that each USB went through a quality control, so i know that the data preloaded is all in and secure.
