If I could select 0 stars, I would. I already have claims and messages put in via PayPal to this company which they are ignoring completely. Not only is the customer service beyond poor, but the company is not sending anything out, still asking me to wait longer, and BRIBING me to remove my review on trustpilot in exchange for them to send my order by a certain date. That date also just happens to /conveniently/ be the deadline for them to resolve my issue on PayPal.
