Slow Shipping - Still Waiting
I ordered a swim romper on the 26th of February. I live overseas but have things shipped Stateside. It first stated it was shipped from Italy the beginning of March. March 12th it cleared US customs. March 26th it stated it was in New Mexico. No updates for 6 days. When I contacted customer service April 1st, I was given a different tracking number. This tracking showed the item went to China March 30th. So far I have found no number to call or a way to talk to an actual person so my hopes are not high right now but we'll see. (I'm writing this April 2nd) I ordered after much debating as I am usually skeptical of social media ads...based on other reviews this is probably a lesson learned, unfortunately.
