Very nice place to play but redemptions shouldn’t be taking this long
The first two redemptions a long time ago were very fast but now it’s going to be a week waiting for other pending redemptions I have… the customer service is nice and everything but it doesn’t make sense so much time if all the information is the same and I haven’t change anything. I hope i receive my redemptions this week cause it’s been too much time for no reason.
