i ordered 3 hoodies. after like 10 days the first one arrived , i was shocked.. very very poor work , very different material then shown in the pictures , like the poorest quality imaginable.. after another week another package came in , in there was a hoodie and 2 tshirts i‘ve never seen so ofc i never ordered them. after countless emails written they offered me small amounts of my purchase (~100€) , from 3-15€ and told me i can keep the items which ofc i didnt wanted to keep because they‘re ugly and as i said very poor quality.. then i tried to get my money back via paypal and opened a case , then starssdy offered me to send the items back on my own cost for a full refund(45€ for shipping no thanks ) or a 40€ refund and keep the items. i accepted the 40€ offer vut they told me to cancel the case on paypal before they can refund me. ofc im not dumb and i knew it was fishy because paypal warned me to not cancel the case until they refunded me. but after a month the case ran out of time and i told them they can refund me now. its been 2 whole weeks now and i neither got a reply or a refund. do yourself a big favor and dont order anything there , you will 10000% regret it because either you get the wrong items , or they‘re too small or the quality is super poor. keep yourself away from this page.
