I have been scammed
I have been scammed I ordered reading glasses over 2 months ago and I paid online $30 including the shipping costs. I was receiving a weekly report from the customer service support team regarding the move of my parcel.. Last week I got a message saying that my package was delivered. I messaged the company and inquired about my order.. The supplier support team asked me to check with my local post service which I did.. The tracking number is unknown to local post system. I requested information about the supplier transportation handling company.. They didn't send it to me. I sent many messages requesting a proof of delivery but I didn't receive any response. I asked to replace the order again or reimbursement but no response.. I doubt that this company is honest.. It seems like a big scam.
