Not sure about this now
After receiving my tickets, I noticed a pretty good markup in addition to convenience fees. I was ok with convenience fees, but markup is pretty greedy. Railninja doesn't seem to like my review, so I will share details: I purchased 2 tickets from Berlin to Prague which cost me $176 US. My invoice show $131 for tickets and $30 for processing. I am not sure where the other $15 came from? When I look at my actual tickets, the tickets were 73.80 euros and the reservation was 12 euros = 85.80 euros total ($91 US). So $40 markup on tickets + mysterious $15. It just doesn't smell good. A telltale sign in how invoices are separated from tickets on website and I can't even find invoices on the mobile app. Nothing illegal and I accepted the price, so no one to blame but myself. Just saying others should be careful.
