Huge RIP OFF do NOT waste your money! 💸 1st off I have been playing online casino and sweepstakes for years. I’ve never run into such a circus 🎪 red tape BS. I went through the normal process of verifying who I was with my drivers license and a bank statement. I used a credit card to make a purchase and I like many people have a digital wallet with a few credit cards in them. They are asking me for a copy or a credit card or credit card statement for an account that does not exist. I sent them so much information, copies of 3 credit cards and even told their team why do you need this information to process a redemption, which by the way is in the way of a credit card credit not funded to a checking account like most sweepstakes companies. Rude, didn’t care, as I pointed out, you had no problem charging me but you can’t process a small redemption and you are asking me to provide proof that does not exist. I hope I can save someone some heartache and money. Scammers and dirty dirty, STAY FAR AWAY!!!
