Horrific experience
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the RT100 at the end of Jan - beginning of Feb time and still have not received it. I reached out multiple times. At first they told me there was a delay with shipping and that the orders were for pre order (this wasn't stated on the site when I purchased) I was frustrated but nothing I could do so I waited the 4 weeks as instructed. 4, 5 and then 6 weeks go by and still nothing. I reach out again to be told it will take a further 2-3 weeks and to apologise they wanted to give me 10% off my next order, laughable really. Since then it has been another 5 weeks and still nothing. I emailed them last night and received a response this morning informing me that they have lost it. At this point I have no words, it's just absolutely disgusting and I would highly recommend buying elsewhere. It really isn't worth all this.
