Two stars for a working product.
Hello, I ordered an adapter for my laptop on this site. It said "Free Shipping". The product must be delivered within 15 days. Product delivered within 20 days. And the store did not fully pay for the delivery. And when the goods arrived, I could not get 7.78 euros to pick it up because the courier did not have change. I had to run to the post office to get the goods, that’s + another day. When I picked up the product and checked it, I realized that there was nothing wrong with it. But after that I wanted my money back. Delivery conditions were decent. I wrote to the store and they answered: “We will refund you 5 euros if you leave a good review.” Here's my review. Thank you. And I wrote to them: “Don’t you think this is wrong?” I didn't receive a response, so I left a review here. I usually never leave reviews. But here I really wanted it. Two stars for a working product.
