Excellent customer service
Sutton responded promptly to my warranty claim with enthusiasm not normally seen in customer service these days. The email actually made me laugh which I appreciate. Glad to see some people are able to approach their job with a lightheartedness that is lacking in most corporate culture these days. Looking forward to getting back into my favorite pair of glasses soon.
