Exceptional customer service. I had a slide strap which is at least 4 years old and it developed a fault. I never actually registered the product so I was worried that this would invalidate the warranty. Well, I needn’t have worried. I emailed them and got a response very promptly from a chap called David. He asked me to register the strap and then fill in the warranty form. I now have a new strap on its way to me. The communication has been perfect and I feel very much like a valued customer. Customer service like this is rare so I wanted to write this review to share my positive experience with this company. Great products backed up by fantastic customer service is an unbeatable combo. Thanks guys. Del.
