Product did not match seller's pictures online
The product did not match the pictures on the website, the material was poorly constructed and not high quality. I ordered a custom bomber jacket, and what was received was nothing even close to comparison. Communication & customer service was poor as well on the follow up. I already know what they will say "Dear customers, I apologize for causing you any discomfort. We understand that this product did not meet your expectations. I personally apologize for any trouble this has caused you" And quite honestly, this apology means nothing. After doing my best to follow up, they stated that nothing was wrong with the product and they wouldn't help refund me without penalty Terrible service, terrible seller, stay away.
