A True Classic Customer Service
I wrote a previous review of True Classic and I gave them 1 star, you can go back and read it. Since then True Classic has responded and approached me to put things right. I have to admit they have tuned my view 180 degrees. Raleigh From their escalation team wrote to me a very nice e mail explaining to me that my experience is not typical or acceptable by True Classic, without any prompt they have refunded my total order including shipping and offered to send me replacement t shits. This is a sign of a great business that really cares about their customers and clearly have pride in what they do. I did not expect this at all and I am delighted that there are still businesses around with such great customer service, a rare thing nowadays particularly with online businesses. Thank you so much to True Classic and to Raleigh who has been brilliant. I recommend them because you can buy safely with the knowledge that if things go wrong and they do sometimes with any business, the company will put them right properly with the least amount of fuss. I am looking forward to receiving my t shirts and I am sure this time they will be exactly as advertised.
